Hey, I am out of ideas as to why I can’t seem to lose fat even though I am doing exercises daily and eating food that is considered healthy, any tips?

A Goal Without A Plan Is Just A Wish. If you just think that you have to shed pounds but do nothing about it, you are never going to lose weight. Write down your goals and give yourself a deadline. Start reading encouragement and motivational stories about weigh loss. Ask yourself. Consider visiting your doctor for a physical exam. Your doctor can also help you create a plan to lose weight.
